To make your tour an effortless commuting experience, you will be escorted to each condominium in our late model air conditioned luxury vehicle while enjoying a glass of wine

We will visit at least four exciting new condo developments in our designated area.  Each location is chosen to give a variety of size, style, design and price.. Condominium homes on our tours will average 25% to 75% below Manhattan prices. You may want to experience more than one tour to get an overview of available homes.

When you call to you can choose which schedule you prefer....and as always our tours are free of charge.
